What do you like about yoga and Pilates?
That everyone and anyone can take it! It's a total myth that you have to be flexible to practice yoga or Pilates. There is so more to it - it's a way to quiet your mind and tap into the natural flow of the universe.
What are your classes like?
Flowing through my yoga class is kind of like moving meditation - all you have to do is focus on breathing! I'll be here to lead you through the rest.
In my Pilates class, we will work on the whole body and you will leave feeling stronger than before - with some good soreness too!
What's your background?
I have trained with Om Factory, Polestar Pilates and IM=X Pilates. I also received a BA in Philosophy & Religion from Rutgers University. I'm always looking for ways to further my studies.

As a dancer, Christine has always felt connected with movement. She was initially brought to yoga through dance intensives and it was then that she discovered yoga as a method of connecting her body with her mind through breath.
What do you like about yoga and Pilates?
It's a safe, positive space for you to discover the joy of moving! Someone once did that for me, and so I hope to do the same for my students.
What are your classes like?
The yoga classes I teach are peaceful yet powerful. I always try to provide options for my students, whether it be a something more challenging or restorative.
What's your background?
I completed my RYT 200-hour training in July 2019 at Rutgers University with Om Factory under the instruction and guidance of Taryn Vander Hoop and Blair Ritchie. I also graduated from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University with a BFA in dance, and minors in French and entrepreneurship.

I discovered Pilates over 15 years ago. I was looking for a new workout challenge, and I had heard good things about Pilates, so I decided to give it a try. I signed up for a mat class, and I was hooked. Pilates is challenging and hard work, but I love it. I am passionate about teaching the classical Pilates method because I believe that it can change people's lives. I love when students come to me after class with a smile on their face, telling me how amazing the class was and how great they feel.

I like Pilates because of how it makes me feel. It has helped me become more in tune with my body and what it can do. It has also helped me stay flexible and mobile as I get older.

My classes follow the teachings of Joseph Pilates as closely as possible. They are fun and challenging.
What's your background?
My background is that I work full-time in the corporate world and teach Pilates as a side hustle. I am also a certified nutrition coach, and I am hoping to become a certified personal trainer in the future.

Since 2013, I have taught at various esteemed institutions such as NFC Amenity, OM Factory, TFLiving, LIVUNLTD, Yoga to the People, Jai Yoga Arts, and Hosh Yoga Center, both in person and virtually. My experience spans leading beginner to intermediate classes, conducting personalized sessions, and working with diverse age groups, including children. I was a dancer from the age of 12, later dancing with the Joffrey Ballet for a few years before retiring and becoming a yoga instructor. This background in dance deeply informs my teaching style, bringing a unique sense of fluidity and grace to my yoga practice.
